Return Policy

No returns of any type will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain a RMA number you must contact us by e-mail at returns@xcelis.com within 30 days from the date your product shipped from our warehouse. All items arriving at our warehouse without a RMA number will be refused. All unopened software is returnable up to 15 days from invoice date. Please make sure the software is compatible and will work with your system before opening it. All opened software is not returnable.

All returns for refund are subject to a restocking fee equal to 15% of the selling price and a $10 handling fee. Freight is nonrefundable. Product will be credited for the current price of the product at the time of return.

Most non-defective items cannot be returned if the factory seal is broken. These items are generally considered used goods and cannot be resold as new. Returns are NOT allowed for any product that has been damaged, used improperly (i.e. Not following the instruction manual, or if the factory seal has been broken)

Requests for the return of opened item(s) are dealt with on a case by case basis. All products must be received at our Warehouse within 10 days of issuing the RMA Number. Items received after 10 days will be refused. All RMA numbers must appear on the shipping labels.
